Cognitive Behaviour Therapy tends to focus on a specific issue which the client wishes to address in therapy, focusing on the present rather than what happened in the past.

a talking based therapy, and as
a client, you are provided with
a safe, confidential, non- judgmental environment to talk about troubling, distressing or painful issues affecting your life.

Individual adults or adolescents might experience troubling or distressing issues which affect their lives.
The troubling issues could relate to: Anxiety, Panic, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD),
Anger Management, Gambling addiction, Stress (work, University or School),
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Relationship Difficulties
or other issues.

Therapy
Sometimes a couple could face difficult times in their relationship or marriage, this may result in arguing over what seems to be trivial matters, avoidance or resentment.

Mona is a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist and Counsellor,
holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapy (CBT) and MA in Counselling.

My Approach
Mona provides Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Counselling services for adults, adolescents and couples who are facing troubling or distressing issues affecting their lives.
As an experienced and Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist and Senior Accredited Counsellor, Mona's Psychotherapy approach is based on each individual client's own experiences and Therapy goals.
Therapy Sessions During COVID-19 Pandemic
Therapy sessions during the current lockdown (January 2021) are delivered
Face to face or online (video).
The government has identified Mental health businesses as one of the sectors that can continue to offer their services during lockdown where the Therapy work can be delivered in
a safe environment which adheres to government COVID-19 guidelines.
