Counselling

Mona is a qualified and experienced Counsellor with an MA in Counselling (University of Manchester) and is a Senior Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Mona works with

  • Adolescents.

  • Adults.

  • Couples.

  • Parent and adolescent.
     

Mona Provides Counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) using the following approaches

  • Face to face

  • SKYPE

  • Face Time 

What is Counselling?

Counselling (Psychotherapy) is a talking based therapy, and as a client, you are provided with a safe, confidential, non- judgmental environment to talk about troubling, distressing or painful issues affecting your life.

Working with your Counsellor, would help give you the time to find your own answers, reach your own decisions, and allows for potential change in your way of thinking or behaviour.   

There are various Counselling approaches used by Therapist's for example: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Person Centred Counselling.
