Mona Noblett provides Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Counselling services for adults, adolescents and couples who are facing troubling or distressing issues affecting their lives.
The troubling issues could relate to anxiety (for example social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), depression, phobias, stress (for example work related stress, College / University related stress), trauma, traumatic stress, anger management, low self-esteem, gambling addiction, marriage or relationships, insomnia, bereavement or terminal illness.
Troubling issues experienced could relate to current situations or situations experienced in the past including bullying, loss or trauma.
As an experienced Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist and Senior Accredited Counsellor, Mona's Psychotherapy approach is based on each individual client's own experiences and Therapy goals.
Therapy is provided on a face to face basis or using Skype / Face Time depending on which method is most beneficial for the client.
Your therapist would provide you a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment, where you would talk about your troubling issues, exploring your feelings, thoughts allowing for potential change in your way of thinking and behaviour or reaction.
